Mastersizer 3000 on the road again : UK Seminars
One of the more enjoyable aspects of my job is getting out and about and meeting our customers in the flesh. The Malvern UK seminars are the perfect opportunity to do this, and I was glad to be asked to give a presentation on “Trends in instrumentation for particle characterization” at our two events in the south of the UK this week held at the Celtic Manor in Wales ( apparently a prestigious golfing venue for those that enjoy the game) and Ascot Racecourse.
Both events were extremely well attended with a programme consisting of lectures and practical demonstrations in two parallel sessions throughout the day, including another opportunity to see the new Mastersizer 3000 in action, here being shown at Ascot by Anne Virden, product technical specialist for our diffraction based particle sizing instruments.
The team is out on the road again next week at venues in Stirling and Bradford. There are still a few places left and attendance is free, so if you’re interested in coming along then please let my colleague Alison Vines (alison.vines@malvern.com ) know and we’ll try and squeeze you in!
