We’ll donate £80 in return for your thoughts on our website

At Malvern Panalytical we are dedicated to bringing you the best possible customer experience and we’re always looking for ways to improve how we support our customers.

We’re currently looking at redesigning areas of our website and we want to put our customers at the heart of the process. So we’re excited to invite you to a feedback session to learn more about you, your role, and your experiences with the Malvern Panalytical website and Malvern Panalytical products and services.

Sessions last a maximum of 60 mins and are conducted over a Zoom meeting or similar software. To say thank you for your time, we will donate £80 to a charity of your choice.

Our first sessions are due to take place through December and January 2021. If you are interested in participating we would love to find out a little bit more about you to make sure you are suitable for our research.
