NanoSight NS500

O instrumento Malvern NanoSight NS500 oferece uma plataforma reprodutível e fácil de usar para a caracterização de nanopartículas.

O NS500 proporciona análise detalhada e intuitiva da distribuição de tamanho e concentração de todos os tipos de nanopartículas, com diâmetro de 10nm a 2000nm, dependendo da configuração do instrumento e do tipo da amostra que está sendo analisada. Medição do potencial Zeta no NS500 é de alta resolução, pois as partículas são analisadas uma a uma e pode ser conduzida em conjunto com a obtenção de outros parâmetros do NTA, como tamanho e concentração de partículas, podendo inclusive operar em modo de fluorescência.

Amostras são inejtadas na câmara de visualização através da dinâmica integrada de fluidos. O controle da bomba na tela do computador permite a manipulação da amostra de modo automático, incluindo injeção, limpeza e diluição. Uma bancada óptica automatizada controlada pelo software permite a realocação rápida da objetiva e novo foco após a limpeza, melhorando a reprodutibilidade. A temperatura da amostra é totalmente programável através do software do NTA (Análise de Rastreamento de Nanopartículas).
