Data consistency – Lab Automation Solutions
Recently, Harald, our global cement solutions manager and I had the privilege to be interviewed by the prestigious Indian Cement magazine. Cement and concrete are the building blocks of our countries’ infrastructure. And we at Malvern Panalytical recognize the importance our cement customers place on properly manufacturing and analyzing for good quality cement.
Cement solutions
Cement plants can run numerous samples on an hourly basis. As a value-added offering, we want to share our automation solutions that would help not only manufacturing efficiency but importantly, how to uphold that level of accuracy and product consistency. Unlike other solution providers, Malvern Panalytical is able to work with customers to retrofit their laboratory with automation solutions, so long as their equipment allows for automation robotics. This saves them from having to invest in new equipment. We hope you enjoy the article and get ideas on how to improve your analysis and make sense of all the big data.
Malvern Panalytical is also a strong player in the market of Particle Size Analysis. This technique gives much more insight into the cement production process than for example Blaine and Sieving and allows significant savings in the raw mix and finish grinding. Malvern Panalytical’s Mastersizer 3000 is the standard for Particle Size Analysis in the lab and can be automated further, the Insitec is our solution for on-line analysis for real-time feedback into the process.”
