The Zetasizer Nano ZSP is here!

After much discussion about the forthcoming addition to the Zetasizer Nano range, and build up of excitement around the launch, I can announce that the Zetasizer Nano ZSP has been officially released and is available to buy from your local Malvern office.

The ZSP is complimentary to the existing Zetasizer Nano instruments, and is now the premium system in the range. It can be used for the measurement of size, electrophoretic mobility of proteins, zeta potential of nanoparticles and surfaces, and optionally the microrheology of protein and polymer solutions. In addition to the new measurement capabilities, the Zetasizer Nano ZSP has had improvements to the optics and laser light source that give it even greater sensitivity in the forward-scatter optics.  These are the optics used to measure zeta potential and so the sensitivity for that is increased by more than 10 fold.  The capability for measuring size in this forward direction is also increased by a factor of 10, leading to improved aggregation detection.

To support the launch of the ZSP, a large amount of information and applications data has been collected together, and is now available to download from the Malvern website. These include a brochure which describes the entire Zetasizer range,  application notes and a white paper on microrheology, all of which can be found on the Malvern website. In addition, a new video will give even more information about the latest product launched by Malvern Instruments.

For those of you that missed the launch webinars yesterday, please feel free to watch the recordings that will be uploaded to the Malvern website very shortly. As always, if you have any questions, or would like further information, just ask!
