Investing in our future
We would like to thank everyone who participated in the Global Satisfaction Survey 2018. Malvern Panalytical donated €5 to charity for every completed survey and on July 17th, our CEO Paolo Carmassi, was able to present a ‘cheque’ representing €10,940 to Claire van den Broek and Annegré de Roos from the Save the Children foundation. This substantial amount was given on behalf of all our customers who participated in the most recent survey and is meant for improving the education of children worldwide.
Malvern Panalytical has donated to the Save the Children foundation for many years and in 2018, the number of completed surveys surpassed previous years. We hope that even more customers participate in our 2019 Global Satisfaction Survey.
Save the Children stands side by side with children and Mr. Paolo Carmassi concluded that, although both organizations work in completely different sectors, they have the same goal: think globally and act locally.
We, as an international company, take our social responsibility seriously. Supporting the lives and education of children worldwide is part of our contribution to creating a better world. Malvern Panalytical (both the company and its employees) will therefore continue to address local and global social challenges and expand the investment in the issues that matter to us and our customers.
About the Global Satisfaction Survey
Malvern Panalytical puts the customer at the center of its business and customer satisfaction is a fundamental business driver. Customer satisfaction surveys are therefore a key instrument in measuring our performance and identifying improvement areas. Traditionally the company has donated €5.00 to a chosen charity for every completed survey.
