The Mastersizer 3000 is a product that’s close to my heart. As a technical specialist, I worked with the Mastersizer 3000 even before it launched in 2011. It’s a pleasure to read so many positive reviews, especially when they reflect our aims for the product. We wanted to build our experience of making laser diffraction measurements into the instrument. Making the Mastersizer smarter so that it’s easier for our customers to be confident that they’re making good measurements. So it’s great to hear that in the reviews:

As a technical specialist, my role involved demonstrating the Mastersizer as well as training people how to use it. What was clear from the demonstrations was the Mastersizer 3000 software was intuitive, we’d have people running their own measurements during the demos. And in training I’d be pointing out how you can customize the software to display the results the way you want them. And it’s good to know our customers agree:
