RoHS Calibration Standards
The RoHS Calibration Standards guarantee a high level of analytical accuracy and precision over a wide concentration range of elemental determination - from low ppm to low percentage. They offer unrivalled homogeneity and are the closest in terms of composition to official EU BCR 681k and 680k Certified Reference Materials. The concentrations are validated by analysis with multiple analytical techniques. These characteristics all allow for confident compliance.

RoHS Module
The RoHS Calibration Standards module comprises of:
- 4 multi-element standards and a blank (4 replicates of each) in pressed discs
- Uniquely numbered certificate and documentation
- A suitcase for safe storage

RoHS Calibration Standards for XRF
The ROHS Calibration Standards module is designed to be used in combination with Malvern Panalytical XRF instruments like the Zetium, Axios and Epsilon range of instruments. Certain hardware requirements apply. The module can be delivered as pre-calibrated solution on new systems but can also be deployed on existing instruments running SuperQ or Epsilon Software.
In addition to the complete RoHS module, a basic package is available with 2 replicates of each calibration standard.
