Empyrean Tube
The Empyrean Tube is the successor to Malvern Panalytical's well-proven X'Pert Tube. It has been designed for the Empyrean diffractometer.
Malvern Panalytical offers a complete range of high-power X-ray tubes for X-ray diffraction (XRD) applications.
The unique Empyrean Tube is optimized for use in Malvern Panalytical's new Empyrean diffractometers. It is also fully compatible with all Malvern Panalytical’s existing X'Pert PRO, CubiX PRO, CubiX FAST, CubiX³ and X'Pert³ diffractometer.
The standardized XRD Glass and C-Tech Tubes can be used in Malvern Panalytical's own older X-ray diffractometers, and in others from other brands.
X-ray tubes can be ordered as single items or in larger quantities. They also can be customized on request.
C-Tech tube
The C-Tech XRD Tube is Malvern Panalytical's ceramic version of the XRD Glass Tube. The ceramic technology improves focal spot positioning.
XRD Glass Tube
The XRD Glass Tube has long been the standard in XRD tubes. It offers a reliable, low cost of ownership X-ray source for many applications.
