New Year New Masterclass!
Hello and Happy New Year! If your new year’s resolution was to learn a bit more about laser diffraction then I have just the thing for you! The laser diffraction Masterclass is a series of webinars covering subjects from basic principles to choosing optical properties and specification setting. Each topic is covered in a separate webinar so you can attend the ones that are most relevant to you. If you join the webinars live then there is a Q&A session at the end. If you can’t make it live then the webinars are recorded so that you can catch up whenever is convenient.
The Masterclass starts on the 29th of January with an introduction to laser diffraction. This webinar covers the basic principles of laser diffraction, how the instrument works, how a size distribution is obtained and how the results of laser diffraction measurements compare to other particle sizing techniques. We will also look at the measurement process for measuring samples in wet and dry dispersion as well as covering some of the applications of laser diffraction.
And if you sign up for the whole series then throughout the year we will cover the following topics: Wet method development, Dry method development, Optical property selection, Specification setting and Troubleshooting.
